Terms

These terms cover booking a tattoo or commission with Paula Coronado (trading as Voiddd), buying from the shop, and using this website. Please read them before you book or buy.

1. Booking a tattoo

• An enquiry is not a booking. Your tattoo is only booked when Paula has confirmed the details and your deposit has been received.
• Age. You must be 18 or over. You may be asked for photo ID at your appointment.
• Deposit. A deposit secures your date and goes towards the cost of your tattoo.
• Rescheduling and cancelling. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. Paula will explain how your deposit is handled when she confirms your booking.
• Arriving late. If you are significantly late Paula may need to shorten or rearrange the session.
• Health. You agree to tell Paula about any relevant health conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy before your appointment. You will be asked to complete a consent form on the day.
• The right to decline. Paula may refuse or stop a tattoo if she believes it is unsafe, if you are unwell or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or for any other reason connected to the work.
• Designs, size and placement. Paula may adjust a design, size or placement so that it works well on your body and heals properly.
• Flash. A flash design is tattooed once, unless it is marked repeatable. Once claimed it is not available to anyone else.
• Pricing. Paula will quote you before your appointment. The final price may change if the agreed size or design changes.
• Healing and touch-ups. Look after your tattoo as described in the aftercare guide.
• Guests. Please check with Paula before bringing anyone to your appointment.

2. Custom artwork and commissions

• Paula will agree the scope, price and timeline with you in writing before starting.
• Paula keeps the copyright in all her artwork. You receive a licence to use the finished work in the way you agreed (for example for a tattoo elsewhere, a print or a record sleeve). Any other use needs her permission.

3. The shop

• Shop items are printed to order. Prices are in pounds sterling.
• Limited drops open and close on a timer and a fixed number is made. Stock is held for 30 minutes while you check out. An order is only confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Artwork and copyright

All artwork, photography, designs and text on this website are © Paula Coronado unless stated otherwise. Please don’t copy, reproduce, tattoo or sell Paula’s designs, or the designs on this site, without written permission.

5. Using this website

• We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but prices, availability and dates can change.
• We are not responsible for other websites that we link to.
• We may change or remove parts of the site at any time.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Tattooing carries risks, which Paula will go through with you before your appointment.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
