Shipping & returns

Everything in the shop is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, and shipped straight to you.

Making and shipping

• Production: each item is made after your order is confirmed, which can take several working days.
• Delivery: delivery times depend on where you live. They are estimates and can be longer at busy times.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships.
• Duties and taxes: orders sent outside the UK may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price.
• Please check your delivery address carefully. We can only change it before your order goes into production.

Limited drops

Drops open and close on a timer and only a set number are made. Stock is held for 30 minutes while you check out, and released if you do not complete your order.

Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size, so please check the size guide before ordering.

This does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, we will put it right:

• Contact us soon after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
• We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
• You usually will not need to send the item back. We will tell you if you do.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel before your order goes into production.
