This explains what personal information Voiddd (the studio of Paula Coronado, based in Edinburgh, Scotland) collects through this website, why, who we share it with, and your rights under UK data protection law.

What we collect, and why

Enquiry and booking forms

Name, email, pronouns and Instagram handle (if given), the details of your request (idea, placement, size, location, availability, budget, deadline), any reference images you upload, and your confirmation that you are 18 or over. We use this to reply to you, plan your tattoo or commission, and keep a record of what was agreed.

Request a city and drop list

If you request a city we collect your city, email and optionally your name and a note. If you join a drop list we collect your email. We use these to plan guest spots and to tell you when a drop opens.

Shop orders

Name, email, delivery address and order details. These are needed to take payment and ship your order. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Basic technical data

Like most websites, our hosting provider sees technical information such as your IP address and country when you visit, which is used to keep the site secure and working. The site remembers the contents of your bag and a few preferences in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising cookies.

Our lawful bases

• Consent: when you send an enquiry, request a city or join a list and tick the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Contract: to take and fulfil an order or a booking you have asked for.
• Legal obligation: for example keeping accounting records.
• Legitimate interests: keeping the site secure and preventing spam.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed, with services that help run the site:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the database where form submissions are stored, and spam protection.
• Resend: sends enquiry notifications to Paula by email.
• Stripe: takes payments for shop orders and deposits.
• Printful: prints and ships shop orders, so receives your name and delivery address.
• Google Maps and Instagram: only if you click a link to them, in which case their own policies apply.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. They use recognised safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and booking details: kept for as long as we need them to reply to you and carry out your booking, then deleted.
• Order and payment records: kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.
• Drop list emails: until you ask to be removed.
• Reference images: deleted with the enquiry they belong to.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. To do any of these, email voiddd1669@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Children

Tattoo bookings are for people aged 18 and over, and this site is not aimed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
